HELP EU CITIZENS SECURE THEIR FUTURE
WHY VOLUNTEER WITH US?
With the EU Settlement Scheme deadline less than a year away (30th June 2021), Here for Good is experiencing a surge in enquiries from vulnerable and at-risk EU, EEA and Swiss citizens, and their families. Now more than ever, it's vital that those most in need can get support from qualified immigration lawyers and caseworkers.
Our approach to volunteering is flexible. Volunteers take on one case at a time, which they can manage in their own time, and commit as little or as much time as they like. We always send our volunteers a case summary beforehand so they can decide if they want to take the case on or not.
The type of cases that our volunteers encounter are generally applications under the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS), but sometimes, it may involve applying for permanent residence and/or citizenship.
It's easy to get involved with us; we take on volunteers both as individuals and through formal pro bono agreements with law firms. If you're interested, fill out the form below and we'll be in touch.
You can download our Here for Good volunteer caseworker’s role description and terms and conditions for further information about the role.
